CHANGES TO US IMPORT PROCESSES (Effective August 29, 2025)

Until now, shipments with a total value under $800 were exempt from customs charges. However, as of August 29, 2025, the US government has suspended this exemption. This means that all goods, regardless of value, will now be subject to duty fees, as well as a customs handling/processing fee.
For items shipped from the UK, the duty rate is 10% of the value of the goods ordered.

We understand this change will unfortunately increase costs for our US customers. To minimize inconvenience, we will:

• Calculate the 10% duty fee during checkout on our website, so it is included in your order total.
• Ship all orders Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), which means your goods should clear customs smoothly, without you being asked to make any additional payments.

As far as we are aware, no further taxes or charges should apply beyond what is paid at checkout.
