Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. US Dollar Prices in brackets are for indication purposes only.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling To ensure you get the best possible deal shipping is charged according to weight and/or urgency of your order. When ordering you will be asked to choose your preffered shipping method. Generally all orders under 2kg are shipped by Recorded Air Mail, over 2kg by International Standard Service. If you prefer faster delivery please choose International Datapost when ordering. Whichever method you prefer the price will be clearly displayed before your purchase is complete. As an example the International Recorded Air Mail postage for a pair of Ladies Shoes is tipically between 6-9 pounds depending on destination.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 3-4 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days for Recorded Air Mail and 3-4 days for International Datapost.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Returns Policy You can return goods within 7 days of delivery, providing they are in original condition and were not altered or cut in any way. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and unsoiled and in their original packaging.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on final clearance items as they are aften sold below the cost price.
